With the Paella Kit, you can't forget any ingredient to prepare a delicious paella.

Contains:

1 sachet of dehydrated broth (25 g). 

1 bag of rice (200 g).

1 bottle of olive oil (40 ml).

1 enameled paella pan.

Ingredients:

Rice: rice.

Oil: extra virgin olive oil.

Dehydrated broth: spices (garlic, ñora pepper, onion, paprika, pepper, and saffron), salt, natural flavorings (contain crustaceans, fish, and shellfish extract), sugar, tomato, and coloring (curcumin). Gluten-free.

Instructions for use:

Add the oil (30 ml) to the paella pan and heat over medium-low heat.

For a personal touch, sauté some pieces of squid and shrimp or add some mussels in the last 5 minutes of cooking (ingredients not included).

Add the rice (200 g) and stir for 1-2 minutes. 

Add the dehydrated broth (25 g) and distribute well.

Add 750 ml of warm water (3 cups) and increase the heat to medium-high.

Cook on medium-high for the first 10 minutes. Then, reduce the heat to medium-low until the rice has absorbed all the liquid (approximately 10 more minutes).

Tip: The heat should be evenly distributed throughout the base of the paella pan.

1 bolsa de arroz 200 g.

1 botella de aceite de oliva 40 ml.

1 paella esmaltada.

Ingredientes:

Arroz: arroz.

Aceite: aceite de oliva virgen extra.

Caldo deshidratado: especias (ajo, ñora, cebolla, pimentón, pimienta y azafrán), sal, aromas naturales (contienen crustáceos, pescado y extracto de marisco), azúcar, tomate y colorante (curcumina). No contiene gluten.

Modo de empleo:

Añade el aceite (30 ml) a la paellera y calienta a fuego medio-bajo.

Para darle un toque personal, sofríe unos trozos de calamar y unas gambas o incorpora unos mejillones en los últimos 5 min de la preparación (ingredientes no incluidos).

Agrega el arroz (200 g) y remueve durante 1-2 min.

Incorpora el caldo deshidratado (25 g) y reparte bien.

Añade 750 ml de agua tibia (3 vasos) y sube el fuego a intensidad media-alta. Cocina a intensidad media-alta durante los primeros 10 min.

A continuación, reduce el fuego a intensidad media-baja hasta que el arroz haya absorbido todo el líquido (aprox. 10 min más).

Sugerencia: el calor debe estar repartido de modo uniforme por toda la base de la paellera.
